- Duplex and multi-floor designs
- Custom architectural services
All products are delivered digitally.
2. License & Usage
All purchased plans are:
- For personal use only
- Non-transferable
- Not for resale or redistribution
- Not allowed to be shared publicly or commercially
Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
3. Construction Responsibility
AR Planner provides design drawings only. We are not responsible for:
- Structural execution
- Local authority approvals
- Construction defects
- Site-specific modifications
Customers must consult a licensed architect or engineer before construction.
4. Custom Design Services
For custom architectural plans:
- Requirements must be clearly communicated.
- Timeline depends on project complexity.
- Once work begins, cancellation may not be eligible for refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
AR Planner shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss arising from use of downloaded plans
- Construction errors
- Misinterpretation of design documents
