Refund Policy

At AR Planner, we sell digital architectural design plans that are delivered instantly after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a design file has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Digital products cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed.
• The wrong file was delivered.
• Payment was deducted but the product was not delivered.

In such cases, customers must contact support within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Custom Plans

Custom design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or dispute is filed after successful download, AR Planner reserves the right to:

Take necessary legal action

Revoke access to purchased files

Suspend customer account
